President’s Welcome

Greetings RAE Families,

The countdown is officially on… but we’re not done yet! May is packed with some of our most meaningful (and fun!) moments of the year, and we’d love for you to be part of all of it. We kick things off with Staff Appreciation Week — one of my favorite weeks of the year.

Because of your tremendous support this year, your PTA team has some special things planned to celebrate the incredible RAE Staff who pour into our kids every single day! While your Hospitality team has planned the big moments this week, the small, personal touches from students always mean the most!

Be sure to check below for easy ways your family can join in and help make the week extra special.

As we head toward the finish line, there are also several important dates ahead — especially for our 5th-grade families — so keep an eye out and stay connected.

And finally, I’d truly love to see as many of you as possible at our final PTA membership meeting of the year. We’ll celebrate this year’s accomplishments, thank our amazing outgoing board, and officially welcome the new team. It’s also a great chance to get a little preview of what’s ahead for 2026–2027!

Please consider signing up to cover lunch duty on Tuesday, May 5th or Friday, May 8th. Your support allows our staff to participate in the activities for Staff Appreciation Week.

RCA House Winner's Sunshine Break

The RCA House with the most Dojo points has earned a sunshine break before school starts. We need our awesome parent volunteers!

Walk the students back to their classes. The classes are: Pre-K (2 classes), Kinder (5 classes), and 1^st graders (6 classes).

When: 📅 Friday, May 8th at ⏰ 7:30 – 8:00 AM
