I'm Gretchen, your PTA President for the 2024-25 school year. We have a 5th-grade StingRAE and an 8th-grader at BDJH, and have been a part of the RAE family for almost 10 years! This will be a bittersweet year, as it will be our final year here, but there are so many fun events to look forward to! 

Please make sure to update your family accounton our website with your child's teacher, shirt size, and House to ensure you get our weekly PTA newsletters and communications from your homeroom class parent with updates about class events and volunteer opportunities.

The events PTA puts on create so many lasting memories for our kids, but it takes a team: from hauling school supplies to classrooms, to decorating for the Father-Daughter dance, to leading kids in experiments for Hands on Science, to 5th Grade Kindness Crew lunch and lessons, to Special Buddies, to RAEwatch dads on patrol, to taking care of our teachers and staff. We hope you can find a place to give your time this year. 

After your family meets your teachers tomorrow, head to the gym to buy some new spirit wear and learn more about our PTA to see where you might fit best. Your involvement and support are appreciated!
