President's Letter

What a wonderful week it has been! On behalf of the PTA team, thank you for your support and participation.

Over the past weeks, seeing so many parents, grandparents, and family members come together to support our students makes such a difference in building a strong and vibrant school community.

This week we're starting with Father/Son Fun Night tomorrow night and Thursday night for Mother/Daughter Skate Night!

Then save time Friday morning to celebrate all things RAE at this Friday's HooRAE Day, during Walk, Bike and Roll to School Day!

I can't wait to see all the smiles! Thank you for being an essential part of our StingRAE family—we couldn’t do it without you!

Special Buddies Update

Our Special Buddies breakfast on Tuesday, September 23 was a huge success! We had 67 children invited and nearly all were able to attend. It was truly special to see how quickly the 4th graders and their buddies hit it off and began forming connections.

A big thank-you to the parents who woke up early to drop off their child or attend the breakfast—we appreciate your support in making this program such a positive experience.

Next steps: 4th graders are encouraged to visit their buddy’s classroom each morning before school begins. Their buddy may not always be there, but the effort to connect each day makes a big difference.

Looking ahead: we will celebrate the end of this rotation in December with a special event for all children who actively participated in the Special Buddies program. Rotation 2, 4th graders will start in January.

4th Grade Hands On Science

Our 4th grade students recently enjoyed a Hands-On Science Lab, where they had the chance to experiment with robots! Opportunities like these spark curiosity and deepen learning. Thank you to all PTA volunteers for making this a memorable event for the kids!
